Everest Cast Pro : Version 3.4.2 Released (PORT 80 PROXYING)

Today, We’re happy to announce the release of Everest Cast Pro (SHOUTcast & Icecast Hosting Control Panel): Version 3.4.2 Released. This release focuses on stability and on responding to the feedback we've received on the previous version.

Major Update Includes:

✅ PORT 80 PROXYING

This Feature enables listeners to tune in to audio streams using TCP port 80 (the port normally used for serving web pages) which may be useful for listeners who are behind restrictive firewalls that prevent access to the port numbers normally used by streaming servers.

✅Improvements for reliability

To Update

Root login is a requirement, the installation will not function if you are not logged in as root or have sufficient sudo privileges.

Now Run the following command:

bash <(curl -s https://everestcast.com/dist/update.sh)

NOTE: Restart of all radio servers is required for the update to apply
